- Piloting Nous Data Insights’ new student survey, with a focus on enhancing student services.
- Collaborates with a leading New Zealand university to develop and implement a strategy aimed at reversing declining performance and achieving institution-wide change.
- Supports the restructuring of a health sciences faculty at a major New Zealand university, helping to simplify its structure and better serve First Nations students, staff, and communities.
- Designed and facilitated tailored problem-solving training for Griffith University’s Transformation Office, including a bespoke case study and interactive workshops.

Before joining Nous and Nous Data Insights, Tim worked in a variety of professional services roles at the University of Queensland, including in project management, student administration, event management and student recruitment.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Music (Honours in Cello Performance), a Bachelor of Arts (International Relations and Spanish), and a Diploma of Languages (French).
In his spare time...
Tim is an avid surfer and spends most of his weekends and holidays in the ocean. He enjoys playing cello and singing, and loves to cook.
