Ariel supports UniForum universities in using data and best practice insights to drive meaningful change. She is also a global expert in Nous Data Insights' Teaching Effort Analytics programme.
Ariel works with UniForum universities to provide leadership teams with a detailed understanding of the relative efficiency and effectiveness of their organisation, incorporating insights from UniForum data and case study research. A key focus of Ariel's role has been to support universities in gaining practical value from their UniForum data and best practice insight to inform real change, working alongside change programme teams to ensure the available data and insight is being utilised effectively. Ariel is also a global expert in Nous Data Insights' Teaching Effort Analytics programme.

Influential work

  • Led the development and launch of the UniForum Teaching Effort Analytics programme in the UK.
  • Designed a new Implementation Planning Application to enable UniForum members to gain practical insight for delivering change programmes.
  • Led collaborative studies of university shared service operating models and models for research support.
  • Led professional services function maturity assessment for a Top 100 university using UniForum data.
  • Advisor to several universities on the development of business cases using UniForum data.

Outside of Nous Data Insights

Ariel joined Nous Data Insights from KPMG’s management consulting practice, where she worked within the finance transformation and shared services & outsourcing teams. Prior to starting her consulting career, Ariel was a mathematics teacher in Paris.

Ariel holds a Master of Science in Mathematics.
 

In her spare time...

Ariel loves to travel, especially to wherever there is good food to try. She also loves practicing yoga, exploring new walks with her two golden retrievers, gardening, and attempting the latest DIY project.
