Richard joined Nous Data Insights in Spring 2023, having previously worked in public relations, marketing and HE partnership (TNE) management roles.
Richard combines his marketing expertise with several years' experience managing global university partnerships to lead Nous Data Insights' HE marketing and client engagement campaigns. His work includes creating marketing strategies, managing digital marketing activities, and overseeing content production and outreach.

Managed a successful application to China's Ministry of Education for a new Joint Education Institute on behalf of a UK university.
Managed renewal negotiations, events and operations across a portfolio of transnational education (TNE) and international recruitment partnerships in Asia, Africa and Europe.
Won a HEIST award for developing a digital marketing campaign which contributed to increased international student recruitment at a UK university.
Project managed the design and content production of a university's 2020 undergraduate prospectus.
Developed a new concept of roadshow events for a leading graduate employer, resulting in C-suite engagement and new business wins.

Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Theatre Literature from the University of Lancaster and a Chartered Institute of Marketing diploma in Strategic Marketing.
In his spare time...
Richard is a proud Yorkshireman who now works remotely from Belfast, Northern Ireland. He enjoys spending time with his young kids, hiking, and cooking wood fired pizzas.
