Analysed and presented findings from the first Nous Data Insights student experience survey across three U.K. universities
Delivered university briefings and facilitated roundtable analyses for institutions in North America and the UK.
Led onboarding and managed Service Effectiveness Survey distribution across three UK universities.
Oversaw the distribution and analysis of the HMICFRS PEEL Workforce Survey, producing report-ready insights on the workforce cultures of the UK’s 43 constabularies.
MPhil dissertation was accepted for publication in The China Quarterly.
Outside of Nous Data Insights
Olivia was awarded the Homerton College Master’s prize for her MPhil dissertation on China’s national curriculum, which included fieldwork in Mandarin Chinese. She is also committed to helping disadvantaged children enjoy their educational experience, having been a young carer for her brother with complex health needs while at school. She has mentored at-risk students in South London and volunteered with children with disabilities in classroom and extracurricular activities.
In Her Spare Time
Olivia enjoys spending time with her brother, friends, or anyone foolish enough to tag along to her weekly 90-minute spin class.
