At Nous Data Insights, Nina’s role revolves around project planning, delivering training and technical support to clients, ensuring customer success and contributing to product improvement lifecycle based on customer experience.

Prior to Nous Data Insights, Nina worked with public sector organisations performing a number of roles including:
Leading governance review projects and providing evidence-based recommendations to improve decision-making and accountability structures
Managing and delivering numerous client-facing projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals, on-time delivery, and high stakeholder satisfaction.
Overseeing key client accounts, combining service delivery excellence with commercial strategy to drive client retention and growth opportunities.
Scoping and shaping customised solutions through in-depth client engagement, ensuring alignment with operational realities, constraints, and long-term goals.
Outside of Nous Data Insights
Nina brings diverse experience from roles in governance advisory, digital transformation, analytics-led consultancy, and commercial delivery. Her professional journey began in Canada and continued in the UK, where she completed a Master's in Human Rights at University College London. She has since supported global advocacy efforts, including working with the United Nations’ International Maritime Organization and Minority Rights Group International, and has served as a co-opted governor for a special school, contributing to enhanced educational outcomes for vulnerable learners.
In Her Spare Time
Outside of work, Nina loves cooking and often finds herself hosting dinners and social events with friends and family. She always has a DYI project on the go (with varying success) and is passionate about travel and jets off to a new destination whenever time permits!
