Mia is an experienced higher education professional with substantial experience in strategy, transformation, and supporting universities to optimise their performance.
As a consultant, she has supported universities to rethink how they plan, organise and deliver professional and academic services, implement bold transformation programs, and make data-informed decisions about the future.
Prior to joining Nous Mia worked in higher education in Perth and London, driving student success strategies and leading and motivating teams to provide excellent support for students and staff.
Mia holds a Master of International Relations from UWA and a Bachelor of Social Sciences from the University of Bergen in Norway.
